As a private practice law office we provide in- or out-of-court legal representation to our clients. The description of our activity can be found under the menu buttons on the top and bottom of the pages. In addititon we help to render auditing service through our co-operating partners.

Legal consulting shall cover financial planning and working out international structures both for domestic and international corporations. Through our Swiss lawyer we provide complex solutions in which we compare the advantages of the off-shore to the EU norms.

There are different reasons (why) to contact our law firm for consulting. Mostly, it is connected to owning domestic or regional companies. It is significant to use/have holdings or to establish companies in acquisitions or in mergers. The law of the EU supports establishing holdings for such reasons, they take it as a delayed tax-payment. Further info under Solutions.

Our law firm provides confidential legal service in which we fully represent our client’s interests: this involves escrow accounts or deposit services. Our office co-operates with other foreign law offices (giving the same quality of service) or with other attorney-at-laws on expatriate domain.
