Public procurement
Usually the bidders are our clients. We represent them and we provide legal advices if it comes to lawsuits. Those public procurements which exceed the limit value of the EU are solved through our official public procurement advisor partners.

Mediation
Mediation is a special instrument (settlement of disputes) to prevent lawsuit, which aim is to conclude a written agreement between the parties, which process is helped by a third party. Mediation gives the opportunity to solve all the problems quickly and properly out of court. Our three mediators recommend the best way to solve the problem after examining the circumstances.
