Dr. Miklós Kapusi, Attorney-at-Law possessing law and MBA degree, acts as legal advisor in corporate law, real estate-and venture capital matters for local and international clients. He is widely involved in start-up projects, e-business and international finance structures. He conducts negotiations in English and German. His graduate business education mainly focused on the courses connected to the M&A. His energy portfolio is significant.
During his activity he had the chance to provide professional services on numerous transactions including:
- representing Austria's largest timber and wood company, for the purchase of a Hungarian Company with the same activity,
- advising the largest Austrian group at the purchase of the leading papermill, distribution and trading network,
- representing German bidders in the privatisation of Hungary's second largest steel mill,
- setting up the Hungarian subsidiaries of New Economy companies in the e-business field,
- jointly supervising some of the privatisation agreements on the energy sector in Hungary,
- M&A works and due diligence for a financial advisory group and a real estate company,
- advising a Italian investor in setting up a joint venture for water supply
- various M&A deals last year in the field of production, advertising, internet businesses,
- despite the recession he conducted major real estate deals in the downtown of Budapest in the last two years.

Dr. András Kovalcsuk, lawyer. Prior to joining Kapusi Law Firm he has worked at a respectable law firm dealing with copyright and media issues beside the general corporate and real estate legal advisory. He is an experienced lawyer in dealing with corporate clients rendering professional advice on a regular basis. He is capable to work individually or in teams on various fields of law and due to his German knowledge he is able to assist the firm when servicing expatriate clients in doing business in Hungary.
He is currently enrolled to a European law program as well.
Zsolt I. Kulcsar, lawyer and free-lance corporate advisor. He is experienced in advising multinational investors with responsibilty for mergers and tax consulting.
He acted as Tax Manager at Arthur Andersen in Budapest on various projects and in general tax advisory.
He is fluent in four languages: German, Hungarian, English, French.
Dr. Lotti Letanóczky, lawyer. She is a talented law clerk assisted on some larger cases of the firm. Her responsibilty included the day-by-day advising of German and Austrian clients due to her excellent German knowlegde. Her major assignment now is to open the representation office of the firm in the USA.
Dr. Orsolya Erdélyi, lawyer. She represents the logistical specialisation as she was trained in the industry. High level of communication skills in English.
She takes a significant part in our IP and copyright cases as well as public procurement advisory. Experienced in labour law litigations and real estate investments.
Her portfolio includes clients with energy issues, debt-collection and liquidation.
Dr. Virág Poór, law trainee. Her new focus point is the telecom and media clients beside the expected corporate and real estate law. She has joined our firm from a large real estate developer. Fluent in English and a hard worker.
